The social dinner on the 24th will cost 35€ per person. Seats are limited and must be paid at the same time as the registration fee. If you are thinking to bring accompanying persons (35€ per person), please contact us (eventos@morecolab.pt ).
*Degree, master, PhD students, and Postdocs must present an official confirmation of their academic status.

Important remarks
- The fee should be transferred to the conference organizer in one single payment;
- The bank transfer should be made net of all bank charges and commissions;
- Your name should be clearly stated in the form of the bank transfer (ex: participant’s name_ICSF2024) in order to ensure that the payment will be correctly registered;
- Please send an email to eventos@morecolab.pt with a scanned copy of the bank transfer receipt attached to the email after making the payment;
- If you register as a student, please send us a proof of your student status via eventos@morecolab.pt. This proof can be a copy of the student card including the academic year, a letter from your supervisor, or a registration certificate;
- Payments without clear identification (name of the participant) cannot be considered;
- Registration is not considered complete until full payment of the fees.
Confirmation
Registration will be confirmed by e-mail, upon reception of the registration form and after the fee payment is done.
Receipts / Invoices
Invoices and receipts will be sent by email.
Certificates of participation
The participation certificates will be sent by email after the Conference.
